The area that the hotel is located in is quite run down, - we were concerned about using the subway late at nite ie after The location so close to the Brooklyn Bridge even though some parts close to the hotel were rather seedy. However in saying that we did not feel at risk.

The room allocated on both occasions were clean, bright and airy. The beds were particularly comfortable.
