They both have hidden power-user features which can make your life easier, and one of these is the ability to easily translate emails using the Microsoft Translator Add-in for Outlook. A number of other add-ins are also available, including Trello, Glyfcat and Evernote, but I feel translating an email on your phone is likely the main issue which has most people stumped at some point. The Outlook app for iOS and Android are a good replacement for the default app on both operating systems.
