Is it possible to get every person who is your friend on Facebook to see all of your posts? When you open Facebook it takes you to the main page which displays your news feed. Facebook uses an algorithm to build this page for you and display what you see here. However, you can change your news feed preferences.

You can also set who sees your posts on your page. In the photo below, I have set this specific post to public, which means everyone not just my friends can see it.

I can change the settings though to show the post to only my friends or just specific friends.
