The report, generated as a comma separated csv file will be downloaded into your default Teams download folder.

Access the participants report after the Teams meeting You can also easily generate a report from the Teams application for meetings that have occurred in the past, assuming you are the meeting host or Teams admin. In your computer go ahead and open the Microsoft Teams application. Hit the Calendar icon in the left hand side menu bar. As an admin, you control whether meeting organizers can download meeting attendance reports by setting a Teams meeting policy. By default, the ability to download the report is turned off.

The easiest way is to skip the corresponding number of rows. But to skip rows, you must first tell the flow what the rows are. Tell the flow to split … the file content by the new line character. You must encode the tab character in the same way you encode the new line character. The column that seems to be the same is the Duration.

This works for internal and external attendees. Only the meeting organizer can download the attendance report and these reports are only available if your admin has enabled the feature. There are two ways to get the report: during the meeting and after.

Just so there's no confusion in that regard. There are a couple big benefits to the change. You can get it after any time you want. Second, the new report contains more information. For them to show up on the attendance list, they have to click that join button and be present, at least at that moment. What they do during the meeting, of course, is a different story.

Polls and Surveys

Once the meeting concludes—meaning everyone has left—the attendance report will automatically show up in the meeting chat, visible only to the meeting organizer. That means nobody else sees this particular box other than the organizer. Download from Meeting Details If it is a private scheduled meeting, you can download the report from the meeting chat or from the meeting details in your calendar.
