The valet the 1st night drove off before we were done grabbing our stuff out of the car and in result our large drink spilled in the back of the suv and all over our belongings the we didnt grab We ordered room service for breakfast the 1st morning and received over cooked eggs and under cooked hashbrowns that tasted like old grease. They just had started demo when we 1st got there and are actually tearing down the hardrock just so you know. The casino waitresses were very polite and always around to keep your drinks flowing. I'm looking forward to to visiting again and highly recommend the Hard Rock to anyone going to Vegas. I went down to check out, I brought to hard rock hotel employee attention and no one cared even to listen. I took it down with me to show them that it was not opened.
