When I book a hotel, I do some research - check out here on TripAdvisor and check it out on the hotel's main website.

I am looking for a hot tub. These are getting harder to find and I love when I do click them.

Well, this was not as advertised on either site. I am including a pic of what the pool area really looks like.

Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center

They do NOT have a hot tub. The front desk gal said that they haven't had one for a couple of years! Yes, years!

However, one is pictured both on TripAdvisor and on Marriott's own website. Best hotel bed for my back and a wonderful shower.
