The fact that Administration did not credit my 5 day stay, even though my husband and I stayed in the King size room, and paid for the stay, because my sister did me the favor of reserving the room, they wouldn't recognize it.

It's important to note that the rooms and towels are not changed or room cleaned unless you schedule it the night before. Charlotte Is centrally located and quiet.
