Join Now This is a strange one I have not come across until now. A user came to me this morning and said that his native email app on his iPhone was showing an account error as of a few days ago and would not download his mail.

I deleted the Exchange account from his iPhone and went to relog him back into the native mail app with his Exchange credentials in to resync everything. It kept on giving me "User ID or Password is incorrect". He was insistent that that was the correct password.

We changed his password, waited 10 minutes, and tried again with the same result. We have restarted his phone countless times, reset his password again for good measure, and have tried logging into mail apps on other iPhones with his Exchange credentials and it does not work.
