Jun 15,  · I can't access my yahoo mail in my laptop but I have an access on my mail in my android. They are verifying my account through my old mobile number in the Philippines. Currently, I am working here in Qatar so I don't have any access to my old mobile number. Please let me know if you have a solution to my problem. I cant access my Yahoo email account through the Samsung Email app.

Due to Yahoo's updated authentications policies around 3rd party email access, users of the Samsung Email app may experience access issues for their Yahoo account. To resume accessing your Yahoo emails, please remove your Yahoo email account and re-add it to the Samsung Email app.

1 Open the Settings app.

Once you have downloaded the Yahoo Mail app for your desired device, follow the onscreen instructions to set up your Yahoo email account. You can also add your Gmail and Outlook accounts to have all email access in one place.

Access Yahoo Mail: Android, iPad, on phone. Go to Apps connected to your account. Click remove next to all entries.

Sign in to your Yahoo account on your mobile device. Clear app settings on a mobile device. From a Yahoo app tap the Menu icon.

Tap Account info. - If you're using the Yahoo Mail app, tap Manage accounts then Account info to see this option. Tap Recent activity. Go to Apps.
