The room was quiet and had a great TV and a very comfy bed. Even the view from the shower was great! Brian Chile Room was clean and quite.
Bed was comfortable and shower was great. Breakfast was just what we needed because we had limited time in the city and it was nice not to have to waste time looking for a breakfast restaurant. Bernadette Beautiful hotel and rooms, high standard.
So clean. Beautiful view. My pillows were so soft and fluffy. My bed was very comfy. Source thing that I love the most was the view from the bathroom. Taking a bubble bath while watching the sun rise is sooooo beautiful. Our stay couldn't have been any better, truly!

I felt like I was at the best hotel in NYC and I've been to many throughout my lifefor customer service and location, and any how to say youre so pretty in spanish we had was tended to promptly, personally and with lots of smiles! I haven't been treated this well at a hotel for a very long time, if ever. The overall inside feel of the hotel was relaxed, elegant, organized, and very clean! The outside of the hotel was completely finished and looks absolutely beautiful!
We were able to walk almost everywhere we needed to as the hotel is so incredibly centrally located. As soon as I was unpacked, I never wanted to leave, thus our return trip is now planned for May, ! Many thanks to Erik Palmer and his incredible team for providing this incredible experience! You made us feel very special, like royalty! I cannot stop raving about the level of service and hospitality this hotel has to offer.

The staff makes you feel like family. I stayed here alone with my two children and i never felt so safe and so welcomed. Linda, Marissa, Nick and Elsa thank you for an incredible and memorable experience. We will be back soon. Ashley on the Desk helped me with a source looking over the street-restaurant and made my stay great.
She checked patiently all the available rooms from her list and tried to help me at all. Besides that, Ashley is very helpful and smiling all the time from a check-in to another. Lucky that you have her at your hotel!
