I was surprised by how much food they put in one bowl of Jack's Hearty Breakfast Bowl.

Hearty is a very apt description. Between the meats, the cheese, the eggs, and the taters, there's a lot of flavors and textures going on in the bowl. The overall flavor is more traditional breakfast as opposed to BK's southwestern flavor. Plus, thanks to the spinach and tomatoes, you score some veg, too.
