It worked with no configurations and immediately picked up my SamsungTV that I purchased 7 years ago. The only thing that gives me pause for this software is the second lag, hence the 4 stars. Anyway, worth what I paid for sure. Okay so I was understandably skeptical of the app because of the rather low ratings. You may have to allow the connection so make sure you tap 'agree', 'allow' or 'OK'. Otherwise, go to your app store and download the Samsung Smart View app. You will be asked to accept storage permissions, and you need to click 'allow' to ensure that it works.
