We'll stay at this hotel again. The hotel staff was nice. Great breakfast. Room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, but the bathroom was in desperate need of upgrades and repairs. The front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Free continental breakfast, and many dining choices nearby. Ask for a room with an updated bathroom. When the housekeeper came by at 4 PM, we were using the room, so I just asked for clean towels.

Staff was polite and helpful. Good breakfast. I recommend this hotel. Room was clean. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

Check-in starts at You don't have to be there right on the dot. We do advise you let the front desk know if you're going to be arriving later in the evening so they don't think you're a no show and give your room away. Guests must check out by What if I need a late check-out?

Let the front desk know as soon as you can that you need to check out later than the posted time. Depending on availability and how busy the hotel is, they may not be able to grant it. The bedsheets weren't changed during our stay, and the room wasn't vacuumed.

Breakfast was expensive, so we went to McDonald's down the street instead. I was disappointed and don't recommend staying here. I was pleased with my hotel stay.

Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center

The shuttle and breakfast times could've started earlier, but we liked the flat fee for the here, and it covered my entire stay. On-site breakfast and dinner service was available, but it wasn't free. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially the breakfast attendant. Leave your swimsuit at home. No breakfast available until AM. Not impressed. The shuttle to the Gaylord was timely.

My business colleagues of mine thought their New York steaks were like any other steaks like Outback Steakhouse, quality. We ordered two sized items, the lobster mashed potatoes which we did not receive, they gave us the regular mashed and the grilled asparagus.
