If you are a typical camper and like the atmosphere of typical campgrounds, you'll actually prefer the Ridge, even if you're disappointed you couldn't get a Lakeview. It's a 10 minute walk to the lake from the Ridge. There's a private beach available to all guests as well as non-powered boat rentals. They don't allow motorcycles to be driven in the park you can park it by the officenor do they offer tent camping.
