I originally saw the issue for every email when my Exchange "receive connectors" were incorrect.

I was able to bypass the issue by inputting the email address by hand and not using the address book. This led me to believe it was an LDAP issue I now have correctly built FrontEndTransport receive connectors for my devices and they are working with the exception of this apparently random issue. For testing today, I have increased my SMTP timeout from 10 to 20 seconds on one device and have increased the LDAP timeout from 60 to 90 seconds on another both currently experience the issue intermittently.

Obviously it is a random error on the printers side and a error at establishing the connection. Do you connect with IP Address or hostname?
