It has an open clean kitchen where you can see the food prepared. Exceptional all around and I don't say that about many restaurants. Truly a find. As far as food within Paris, the Le Village Buffet wasn't very good over the past two years. We got compd free buffets there about a year ago by the Buffet manager, who heard we didn't care for it any longer. It's a cute location where you can feel like you are in a Paris street cafe, but that decor doesn't make up for bad, stale, poor quality food. Even after the free return on our next trip, it wasn't any better at all.

Keep in mind overall though -- in recent years all the buffets have visibly cut way back. If you are looking for something other than a buffet, my wife and I enjoyed Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill at Caesars for Sunday brunch or dinner. We recently stopped going to Bacchanal, Caesar's upscale, overpriced buffet. On our last visit there we concluded the only thing still exceptional about it was the price. I never bought into the "gourmet buffet" concept anyway. The food was only fair at Bachannal on our last visit, and Flavor's at Harrahs is consistently better in the last year to two.
