The extended TV version allowed me to view it with fresh eyes and experience things I had not experienced since my childhood. There were things that I remembered, but there were a number of scenes and extensions to scenes that I had completely forgotten about.
Things to note about this version of the movie on Blu-Ray: 1. It is in Stereo only! Though the Blu-Ray format is HD, there are scenes that are clearly a lower resolution than others.
