Nobody care about people just about money they making. They treat people bad and some things they do are not right. I think original starbucks has managers who is in different level and they do things right and better, but thats my personal feeling. I have been working in this company over 3 years and I learned a lot which give me opportunity to grow up pretty quickly. This job is good if you don't know where to start and you want to have experience.
