Mr. Mutasaaga Joseph

Joseph Mutasaaga is the Head of Business Planning and Development at the National Drug Authority. He has wide experience in Finance, Planning, Audit, logistics, Risk management, Project Management, investment coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Board Governance, International speaker, and bilateral and multi-lateral negotiations with over 19 years of working experience in Government (17 years), Non-Governmental Organizations, and private sector.

Joseph holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA)-from Herriot Watt University-Edinburgh, a Fellow of Chartered Certified Accounting (FCCA), a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Post Graduate Diploma of Monitoring and Evaluation (PGDME)-from Uganda Management Institute, a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting-Oxford Brookes University and currently pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership at Southeastern University-Florida-USA.
