45,000 doses of stolen ARVs recovered in Kasese district

Our team has recovered over 45,000 doses of stolen ARVs in Kasese district. Two suspects; Bwambale Paul and Ithungo Justine who were found possession and selling of these government drugs have also been arrested.

This operation covered 6 districts of Apac, Alebtong, Kole, Lira City, Oyam & Lira. A total of 216 illegal drug outlets were closed and 268 boxes of assorted medicines worth 70M Uganda shillings were impounded.
