Dr. James William Tamale

James William holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy & an MBA from Makerere University, a Master of Science in Biotechnology, Innovation and Regulatory Science (MS BIRS) from Purdue University, USA; Is a Fellow of The Chartered Governance Institute, UK & Ireland (FCG), and a Member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM), UK.

James William has over 18 years’ experience working within the health sector spanning operations in regulation, private sector and the NGO subsector.

As Chief Regional Inspector of Drugs, he’s in charge of regulation of all Pharmacies and Drug outlets throughout the NDA Regional offices across the country.
