Introduction and use of NDAMIS

CIRCULAR NO:01/IT/2017

                                                 INTRODUCTION AND USE OF NDAMIS                                                  

This is to inform you that with effect from 1st March 2017, applications for premise licensing, import/export licensing and permits shall be submitted and processed electronically through NDAMIS. We therefore request all our esteemed clients to;

  • Formally submit details (full name, a single valid email and telephone number(s)) of one person who will be assigned rights to access the system on your Pharmacy's/Institutions behalf. These details MUST be submitted on a headed paper and signed by both the business owner and supervising Pharmacist. Forward the details to dkalibbala@nda.or.ug.

  • Avail the proposed person in (a) above for a training scheduled between 13th and 20th February 2017 (Venue and program to be communicated soon)

The forwarded persons shall be accountable for all transactions processed through the respective logins.

NDA shall reserve the rights of denying any user access due to acts against the known and expected use of the NDAMIS.
